This 5km obstacle course will challenge you - but don't worry, it'll be fun! And your sofa-surfing mates can get involved too - if they don't want to join you, at least they can support you to help animals in need by donating to your fundraising page.

Plus, they'll have free access to the beer garden where they can cheer you and your team on!

The money you raise from doing the 5K Foam Fest in Perth on 8 January 2022 will be used to:

• keep animal welfare inspectors on the roads throughout WA to rescue animals from cruelty and neglect
• provide shelter, love and care for animals recovering from their injuries
• rehabilitate animals to overcome behaviour challenges as a result of their ordeals 
• give rescued animals the best chance to find a permanent loving home and a new life!
